My Life as a Chelsea Wife

Updated: Dec 12, 2018

Let's face it, when you are in a long-term relationship the passion of your partner and their and interests eventually become your interests. I have come to accept the fact that I have learned to love multiple sports teams in the past however, the excitement and discipline to follow European football is unmatched by anything I have seen yet. So here I am biting the bullet, wearing my blue best and learning to support one of the greatest clubs on the planet (see what I did there ;) I am learning). From how I see it, Chelsea provides us with a way to have meaningful connections with others and keeps us connected to a team that we have watched extensively over the last decade. Our son was born in London and we visited the stadium and watch many matches from local London pubs and the environment is engaging at the minimal and engulfing at best. So if your significant other is a blue flag waving, scouser-hating, anti-arsenal, Chelsea fan then feel free to join me to support each other, to learn about a fairly unfamiliar sport and above all to love and support something meaningful that provides connection and excitement to everyday life. I'll see you at the pub! #Carefree #KTBFF
